CDVIII - Not Too Bright

Mad Kane has a regular limerick challenge.
She provides the first line,
the rest is up to us.

A woman who wasn’t too bright
Thought babies were fashioned at night.
She thought sex in the day
Kept the stork at bay;
And, for a couple of months, she was right.
