One Minute Writer had a topic "Write about a food that gives you a specific emotional response."
A limerick seems to be a good idea for something a bit risqué...
Emotional Food
There are many foods that emotionally sweeten
And make you feel good when they’re eaten;
But, for the food that permits
The best emotional hits,
Chocolate body-paint cannot be beaten.

Good master, I respectfully suggest that you are confusing the emotional with the physiological.
ReplyDeleteLust, as an emotion, can't be licked, Sancho. Even if the body-paint can be. But, can you have a physiological response without an emotional one?
ReplyDeleteI think it would be difficult not to considering you are enjoying something that is so intimate.
ReplyDeleteChocolate body-paint? I have never tried it.
xoxoxo ♡
Choc-full of fun, J Cosmo!
ReplyDelete"This takes the cake" as les Americaines dissez...
ReplyDeleteLow cal, of course.
ReplyDeletedo you prefer dark chocolate or milk chocolate for your
ReplyDeleteemotional high?
I'm thinking dark chocolate - the polyphenolics and antioxidants, you see...
ReplyDeleteMaster, if you are thinking that there are health benefits in such a diet, I suggest that you are mistaken. As my dear Father often told me, nothing that tastes good is good for you. The vice of your verse is probably true too.
ReplyDeleteNow how does the Missus stay this delicious? By hopping a pleasure barge bound for Mauritius? Chocolate spa treatments she wears - not white terry. And you get sucked in by the lure of her berry?
ReplyDeleteAmen to that!
ReplyDeleteHeh. Limericks are always good for something risque...it's nice to read one that didn't involve Nantucket, too.
ReplyDeleteSeems like I've missed out on a lot all these years... Regrets, I've had a few, but only this one I'll mention... (sorry Frank)
