745 - The Intriguing Mystery of Ms Pommeroy.

A comic has presented to me
A puzzle quite hard to foresee:
I had wanted to explore
Ms Pommeroy more
But there wasn’t a page twenty three.

    1. Seriously, what do you think the answer is?

    2. I feel that I somehow know Ms Pommeroy. Can't explain why. And why page 23 when the poem is #23. It can't be coincidence. A divine message, I'm sure.

  2. Didn't Rumpole visit Pommeroy's for a bottle of the old claret?

    1. True but I think it was run by a Mr Pommeroy.

  3. I knew a Miss Pommeroy. Maybe she became a Ms.
She ran the back room at The Whip & 'Cuff. Went by the stage name of Madame Lash.

    1. pommeroy is a rare name too...less than 1000 in the US in any census since the 1800s...it can be used as a first name, but that is typically male and just even rarer...its french in origin...and means apple orchard...

  7. ha - maybe it was part 23 or the mystery is in the mystery and they don't want it to be solved

  8. Promises, but no results. Isn't that so like life. But maybe there was more; maybe page 23 was imbedded in page 17, or page 22. One never knows these days.

Or maybe the plan was for you to make up your own page 23. That's always a possibility!

Peace, joy, and Bear hugs, too.

  13. Mr. Pommeroy removed it not wanting the rest of the world to see...to them Ms Pommeroy would remain a mystery.

    1. That is probably the best, and truest, close to this saga. Remain a mystery forever. Thank you.
