CCCXCI - Remote and Detached

Three Word Wednesday asks us to write a piece using three nominated words.
This week they are 'Miserable', 'Brisk' and 'Detached'.

My first haiku.

Please note that this is an exercise to use the three words.
It is NOT a psychological assessment!

Remote and detached,
Feeling quite miserable.
A brisk walk needed.

  1. Succinct and to the point. What made you think of a haiku this time?

    1. Don't really know - the last line left out at me and, being 5 syllables, brought a Haiku to mind.

    2. For 'left' read 'leapt'.

  2. I wouldn't know as far as Haiku goes, but I hope you get out of the detachment and misery soon! : ) x

    1. It's true enough in general but people seemed to be thinking it was how I felt as I wrote it. Not so.
