How they love corn! My landlords went away for five weeks so I had to feed their chickens...the chickens love it when I feed them because I always give them fresh corn on the cob every day together with a pile of greens. They must miss me now that said landlords have returned home!
Never mind how they smell the corn,,, how does one know of them know the opening bars of " Lark In The Clear Air." I'll give you a hundred bucks for the musical one. Your chookies are very cute....you'll never be able to serve them up for Christmas lunch now:)
We are destined to run a chook retirement home; where they sit around in wicker chairs, tartan blanket over their knees, wistfully talking about the corn of yesteryear.
Faster than a speeding chook.
ReplyDeleteAnd how I love contented chooky noises.
