Three Word Wednesday requires participants
to use the three words of the week in a composition.
The words this week were: horrible, moody and listless.
Wolverine.
Listless, edgy, and on the prowl,
Moody in the extreme;
Lunar cycles make her howl
In a way that curdles cream.
She presents as an exhibition
But despite these outer looks
I have a horrible suspicion
She bites the heads off chooks.

I'll have what she's having.
ReplyDeleteWolf or woman..sometimes the world can make you a little cranky..sharp as a howl..
ReplyDeleteLooks can be deceiving, can't they?
ReplyDeleteWolverine is a nasty, not-so-small weasel, that can kill prey much larger than itself. Which is partly why she has such a ferocious reputation. You would not want to met one in a back alley at night. And I'm told she bites the hands of poets.
ReplyDeletePace and joy.
She sure appears nasty! Not to mess around with her! Great one Cosmo!
ReplyDeleteHank
You seem to be a magnet for trouble.! Have you considered changing your hair style?
ReplyDeleteI love that comment 'I have a horrible suspicion
ReplyDeleteShe bites the heads off chooks.' great lines
It's best to avoid moody wolverines! Nice job!
ReplyDeleteA girls gotta do what a girls gotta do.
ReplyDeleteAs I read I started noticing an uncanny resemblance; but then, not...I don't bite the heads off chooks!!
ReplyDeleteYeah, love the way this rhymes.
ReplyDeleteHa ha - good one.
