775 - A Savage Awakening

Three Word Wednesday requires participants
to use the three words of the week in a composition.
The words this week were: savage, electric, and passionate.

A Savage Awakening.

The object of his passionate favours
Was a household labour-saver.
But the electric supply
Brought a tear to his eye
And a scream that woke all the neighbours.

  1. I can't count how many times my mother would use this darn device early in the morning. I was one of those people who would scream. I like a place being clean like anyone else, but gosh darn it, let me sleep.

  2. Ouch. No loss of suction isn't always a good thing.

  3. My Mother used to always sing the same song as she used it. "Nursey, come over her and nold my hand"

  4. Neighbours who hoover at you think anyone would hear the shotgun over the vacuum (kidding of course) ;)

  5. love the way you use the words and tell that event ...

  6. One can really gets awaken...and compose the cantata for broom and dusty pan ...just for difference...smiles

You've come this far - thank you.
Take your time, look around,
There is lots to see.
