CCCLXVI - The High Country

.

Sunday Scribblings has the prompt 'Explore'.
I thought I would try something a little different to my usual:

The High Country.

Grazing lazily on the silky pastures,
with lips, gently pulling at the growth.

Moving, untended, along the ridges and glens,
Up to the tree line and down again,
To the shoulders of the savannahs, extended.

Working the meadow.  Rhythmically.

Nibbling.

Slowly.

Somewhere, a flank trembles.

  12. Sensuously and progressively fulfilled. You had slowly brought it to an awaited expectation, must it stop short? The pic couldn't speak but it certainly could provoke. Great take Cosmo!

  22. Cos, the image at first seemed all the point, then I got to the flank. Interesting double POV, and yes, still sensual. GREAT. Amy

  25. Well Tautus Flankus, if having someone graze on your upper paddocks doesn't create a slight ripple on your flanks, you have my sincere sympathy! :-)
