CCCLXXIII - Angst

.

Acrostic Only has the prompt to write a limerick where
the lines start with the letters of the word ANGST.

A fellow who feared being spurned,
Not meeting expectations that burned,
Got comfort when the lady
Said ‘Let’s cuddle somewhere shady’
Then relieved him, when they adjourned.

  2. That sounded a little one-sided. I am with Mary - hopefully the relief was shared.

    1. True but a limerick offers limited room for expanding a rich and elaborate narrative!

You've come this far - thank you.
Take your time, look around,
There is lots to see.
