Mad Kane has a weekly limerick challenge.
She provides the first line rhyme word,
The rest is up to us.
Miss Quoted.
A fellow was trying to write
A poem, on a girl, at night.
While his notepad was raw,
He fell out with the law
As his poem wasn’t polite.

ReplyDeleteThat is the problem with bedding a poet. They want to write rude verse over your body when you are trying to get some sleep and the neighbour next door who is spying on you through binoculars is so shocked that he calls the police . Somehow I think I have missed something in my interpretation. These esoteric poems are sometimes very obtuse and difficult for an ESL learner to decipher...Isn't it?
ReplyDeleteDearest Vladmilla, they can be difficult to come to grips with, isn't it?
DeleteI hope his ink wasn't permanent.
ReplyDeleteI suppose Braille is out of the...yes, I guess so.
