I feel your pain...these are the first and last two days off in I don't know how long and both I was up by no later than 5am. That may be my new definition of "sleeping in."
Maybe you feel guilty. Do you feel guilty?

I didn't do any for years, finding them too clunky but have managed to make a few flow of late and have warmed to them a bit. Not much but a bit.
